Benefits of Almond Milk
I recently made the transition from organic 2% milk to almond milk. Watching the foods we eat is very important especially with most products containing pesticides, hormones, and other life threatening substances. No need to FEAR what’s good for you. Almond milk is a healthier alternative (for those not allergic to nuts) to dairy milk with a lighter taste, necessary nutrients, and fewer calories.
